Who Can Apply?
This program is designed for educational planners, managers, policymakers, and professionals from governmental bodies, NGOs, and international agencies involved in educational planning. Applicants should have relevant professional work experience, a three-year post-secondary education in a related field, fluency in English or French, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
What Will You Learn?
The program consists of four courses covering education sector policy, analysis, plan preparation, and monitoring. Through interactive online sessions and collaboration with international experts, participants will:
- Analyze theories and international commitments shaping education policy.
- Advocate for policies addressing education challenges.

- Use simulation/projection tools.
- Evaluate education plans’ relevance and feasibility.
