- Modality: 100% virtual (online)
- Language: Spanish and English
- Duration: 250 hours/5 months
- Benefits: The scholarship covers 90% of the total tuition cost. Students are required to pay 250€.

About EPA-OAS and Structuralia: The Educational Portal of the Americas has been promoting education for comprehensive development for over two decades, reducing digital educational gaps, and cooperating with states to promote community progress.
Structuralia is a leading school in specialized training globally in engineering, infrastructure, and energy. With over 115,000 professionals enrolled since 2001, Structuralia offers highly specialized training programs, advanced degrees, and master’s programs.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Over 21 years old
- Nationals and/or permanent legal residents of any of the GS/OAS Member States
- Completion of required information and payment of registration fee
Certification: Students who successfully complete any of the programs with a 90% scholarship will receive certification accredited by Structuralia with verification from the Educational Portal of the Americas.
