Our Team
Barbara Sarfo Boampong
Director
Barbara Sarfo Boampong is a compassionate child and family support practitioner with experience across social care, education, and hospitality in the UK and Europe. She is passionate about expanding access to opportunities that help children and young people thrive and reach their full potential.
At Lewisham Council, Barbara supported families with complex needs through outcome-focused interventions that strengthened parenting, improved child well-being, and promoted safe family reunification. Her broader experience includes roles as a contact supervisor, teaching assistant, and registered home child carer.
Barbara holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Children and Young People’s Worlds from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality. She is multilingual—fluent in English, Italian, and Twi, with foundational French—and is known for her empathy, communication skills, and commitment to child safety and development.
Isaac Osei Owusu
Platforms Coordinator
Isaac Osei Owusu is a dedicated educator, mentor, and advocate for youth empowerment. He is passionate about helping undergraduate students understand society—especially Ghana—both in and out of the classroom. Beyond academics, he enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations with young people, guiding them through life’s challenges and opportunities.
Committed to opening doors for the next generation, Isaac actively shares life-changing opportunities through Opportunities for Youth (opportunitiesforyouth.org), ensuring young people have access to the resources they need to thrive. If there’s a door to success, he’s always ready to help others find the key.
Isaac is also a natural connector who loves meeting new people and having great conversations. A big fan of Christian music, he lends his baritone voice to singing—though he keeps expectations lighthearted! In addition, he is an experienced event host and voice-over artist, always excited for fun gigs on the side.
Josiah Tindan Tindana
Web Developer / IT Support
Josiah Tindan Tindana is a skilled Web and App Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic digital solutions. Specializing in both front-end and back-end development, he creates responsive websites, progressive web applications, and mobile apps that align with user needs and business goals. His expertise extends to IT support, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media integration, ensuring his projects are technically robust and user-friendly.
With years of hands-on experience in WordPress, Elementor, and full-stack web development, Josiah has worked on projects for financial institutions, non-profits, and corporate clients. Notable projects include developing the Ghana EXIMBank website, maintaining and optimizing the Opportunities for Youth (OFY) platform, and creating digital solutions for initiatives such as Orphan Art and TieKnotNow. His commitment to functionality, security, and accessibility ensures that every project meets industry standards and delivers an exceptional user experience.
Josiah is also the Founder & Lead Developer at TinTin Technologies Ltd, where he provides web and app development services to businesses and organizations. Additionally, he serves as a Web Developer at Opportunities for Youth (OFY), optimizing digital platforms, training staff, and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online reach.
