The HGS Accelerator was conceptualized in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, recognizing the potential of local private sector solutions to enhance Africa’s pandemic resilience. Since then, we’ve supported several cohorts of East African and Pan-African healthcare companies, providing them with highly customized advisory support.

We’re looking for growth or mature stage for-profit entities with proven products or services that strengthen Africa’s healthcare system. Your company should be positioned for scale and agility, with operations and employee base in Africa.
