Are you a young graduate with a passion for transforming the public sector in Ghana? Applications for the 2024 cohort of the Emerging Public Leaders Ghana (EPL Ghana) Public Sector Fellowship are now open!

What is the EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship?

The EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship is a prestigious one-year professional development program designed for high-achieving young graduates committed to driving change in the public sector and policy-influencing organizations.

Who Can Apply?

If you’re a Ghanaian national with a clean record and have completed your National Service (NSS), we encourage you to apply. Applicants must be under 32 years old, demonstrate leadership potential, have strong English skills, and basic computer proficiency.

How to Apply:

  1. Visit www.eplghana.org
  2. Click the APPLY button and complete the online application.
  3. Upload the following documents:
    • Undergraduate Certificate
    • Proof of completing NSS
    • CV (2 pages or less)
    • Copy of any valid national ID or Passport

Application Essays:

As part of the application process, you’ll need to submit four essays:

  1. Describe your interest in Ghana’s Public Sector and how becoming an EPL Fellow aligns with your personal and professional goals (500 words).
  2. Share a situation where you demonstrated initiative and leadership. Describe the measures you took, the actions implemented, and the result and impact (500 words).
  3. Explain your understanding of Ghana’s Public Sector (300 words).
  4. Tell us about what inspires you and why (300 words).

Applications are open from March 11 to April 30, 2024. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
