History of Next Generation Women Leaders
The inaugural Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) event convened outside of Paris in 2012. This groundbreaking gathering brought together women from diverse backgrounds for a series of empowering workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and invaluable networking opportunities. Participants delved into the significance of women in leadership roles and honed their own leadership abilities.
Since its inception, the NGWL program has evolved significantly. We have launched additional initiatives under the NGWL umbrella, hosting events across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia, thereby extending our support for women’s leadership development on a global scale.
Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking individuals to participate in the NGWL program who:
- Possess a remarkable track record of academic and/or professional achievements.
- Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities within academic and/or professional spheres.
- Excel in collaborative environments and thrive when working with others.
- Proactively seek opportunities to realize their full potential.
- Enjoy engaging in problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Aspire to leverage their talents to effect positive change in their lives and communities.
