About YPAT: UNICEF East Asia and Pacific’s Young People’s Action Team (YPAT) is dedicated to ensuring that young voices play a vital role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of UNICEF’s regional initiatives. YPAT members engage in global events, peer networking, and mentorship programs, providing a unique chance to develop leadership skills. If you are driven to tackle social issues, this is your opportunity to be a catalyst for change.
Candidate Requirements:
- Young people aged 15-24 from across East Asia and the Pacific
- Passion for children’s and young people’s rights
- Experience in organizing or leading social impact initiatives
- Ability to commit 8-10 hours/month for one year to virtual and/or in-person meetings
