Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders
The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme is a remarkable opportunity designed to nurture future leaders. It offers exceptional university graduates and professionals from developing and emerging economies the chance to embark on fully funded graduate studies at the University of Oxford. Moreover, it provides a comprehensive programme encompassing leadership development, long-term mentoring, and networking.
About the Leadership Programme
A distinguishing feature of these scholarships is the Leadership Programme. Over the course of a year, scholars engage in philosophical discussions, acquire essential business skills, and receive communication training within a supportive community. For more detailed information, please visit the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust website.
The scholarship covers 100% of course fees and provides a living cost grant (a minimum of £18,622). Awards are granted to cover the entire duration of your fee liability for your chosen course.
To be eligible:
- You must be applying to start a new graduate course at Oxford. Please refer to the complete list of eligible courses and countries [here](link to eligible courses and countries).
- You must be ordinarily resident in one of the eligible countries listed.

- You must be able to demonstrate a strong connection between your subject of study and your long-term career goals, outlining how your professional work will contribute to enhancing public life in your home country or on a broader regional or international scale.
These qualifications will be evaluated during the selection process, which includes reviewing your graduate application form, your Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships Statement, and, if relevant, your interview. Please note that this scholarship is not open to applicants who hold deferred offers to start in 2024-25.
