As a Program Coordinator, you will play a central role in advancing these initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in international program management and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support global partnership projects, including tracking systems and data management
  • Assist in managing partnership agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, international visits, and leadership travel logistics
  • Plan and execute major events such as International Education Week and the International Awards celebration
  • Contribute to fundraising strategies and identify funding opportunities
  • Prepare operational and statistical reports
  • Provide general administrative and programmatic support

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Strong candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel and project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
  • Interest or experience in international and intercultural work

Work Environment

This is primarily an in-person role based at Emory University. Limited remote work flexibility may be offered at the department’s discretion.
