The Atlantic Council Global Energy Center is thrilled to announce the launch of its Women Leaders in Energy and Climate Fellowship, offering a unique opportunity for early to mid-career women professionals to enhance their leadership skills in the energy and climate sectors.

About the Fellowship

Now in its sixth cohort, this one-year nonresident fellowship program is designed to empower rising women leaders by providing professional development, mentoring sessions with senior leaders, and opportunities for public speaking and writing. Aimed at women under 35 years old with 3-5 years of experience in energy and climate, the program focuses on cultivating leadership potential and fostering career growth.

Program Highlights

Participants will benefit from various professional development opportunities, including:

1. Participation in Atlantic Council Events: Fellows will have access to both public and private events on energy topics, providing valuable networking opportunities.
2. Publishing Opportunities: Fellows will contribute to the EnergySource blog and potentially write longer pieces, receiving editorial support and feedback.
