About Pollinate Impact: In the Global South, incubators and accelerators play a vital role in supporting entrepreneurs to build impactful businesses. However, these support systems often lack the means to share knowledge, connect with funding opportunities, and foster peer support. Enter Pollinate Impact: a member-led network of impact incubators and accelerators aimed at amplifying their voices and driving more support to the impact entrepreneurship field. By uniting these organizations, we aim to create transformative change in communities across Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
Position Overview: As the Communications Ninja, you’ll spearhead our online presence and engagement strategies across diverse geographies. You’ll be the creative storyteller, social media expert, and strategic thinker behind our brand-building efforts. This is a full-time remote role, ideally suited for individuals based in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, or Southeast Asia.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to increase our online following and engagement.
- Coordinate digital content creation, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand.
- Manage our social media channels and editorial calendar, creating compelling content to highlight our impact.
- Support programming and community engagement efforts, representing Pollinate Impact at events and building relationships with stakeholders.

Location and Compensation Details: This is a remote position with occasional regional and international travel. The salary range is $15,000 – $20,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
