At Pollinate Impact, we’re on a mission to support entrepreneurs in the Global South to build thriving businesses while making a positive impact in their communities. However, we’ve noticed a gap in support systems for the incubators and accelerators that guide these entrepreneurs. That’s why we’ve launched Pollinate Impact, a member-led network of impact incubators and accelerators. Our goal is to amplify their voices, facilitate collaboration, and drive more support to the impact entrepreneurship field.

Position Overview: As a Community & Events Choreographer, you’ll be instrumental in engaging our community and facilitating collective action through various events, meetings, and workshops. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events, managing logistics, building relationships with stakeholders, and analyzing data to track our network’s progress.

Your Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination: Organize virtual and in-person events, manage logistics, and ensure successful execution.
• Brand Building & Member Engagement: Represent Pollinate Impact in your region, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive engagement on our member portal.
• Insights and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to track network progress and make programmatic improvements.

Location and Compensation Details: This is a remote position with occasional regional and international travel. The salary range is $15,000 – $20,000 USD annually, with additional support provided for work tools, connectivity, and home office setup.
