After successfully launching the first cohort of the Youth Advisory Committee one year ago, CBI Morocco ITO is now expanding the committee by welcoming two outstanding young professionals who are eager to contribute their knowledge, ideas, and experiences to a long-term initiative focused on youth inclusion and decent employment.

About the CBI Morocco IT Project
The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI) launched the Morocco IT Project with the goal of transforming Morocco’s IT outsourcing sector into one that creates more decent, inclusive, and sustainable employment opportunities for young people.
Recognizing that young people should actively participate in decisions affecting their future, CBI established the Youth Advisory Committee as an essential advisory body that ensures youth voices, perspectives, and priorities remain at the center of the project’s implementation.
Following the success of its inaugural committee, CBI is expanding the Youth Advisory Committee by selecting two additional members.
What is the Youth Advisory Committee?
The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) serves as a platform where young people contribute their ideas, experiences, and recommendations to support the Morocco IT Project.
Committee members work alongside experts from Morocco and the Netherlands to ensure that project activities address the real needs and aspirations of young people pursuing careers in the IT outsourcing sector.
The committee promotes youth participation, collaboration, innovation, and inclusive decision-making.
