About the Role

As an AI Student Worker, you will play a central role in driving AI-powered transformation within the Foundation. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to identify inefficiencies and implement practical AI-driven solutions.

The position is based in Billund, with flexible working hours ranging between 10–20 hours per week to accommodate your academic schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will focus on delivering tangible improvements through AI and automation. Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying Process Inefficiencies
    • Analyze workflows across teams
    • Detect repetitive or manual processes suitable for automation
  2. Building AI-Powered Solutions
    • Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows
    • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
  3. Prototyping and Testing
    • Develop internal tools such as chatbots, reporting systems, and knowledge assistants
    • Test and refine AI solutions based on feedback
  4. Scaling Solutions Across Teams
    • Expand successful prototypes into scalable, organization-wide solutions

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have at least 1.5 years remaining in their studies

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Ability to build automations, workflows, or AI agents using APIs, scripting, or low-code platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in structuring ambiguous challenges into actionable AI solutions
  • Willingness to experiment, iterate, and improve solutions continuously
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Fluency in English and Danish (written and spoken)

Work Location and Flexibility

  • Based in Billund, Denmark
  • Shuttle bus service available from Aarhus and Vejle
  • Flexible working hours (10–20 hours per week)
