The L’Oréal USA Fellowship is a unique program designed to connect diverse students across the U.S. with mentorship, education, and professional development. It aims to foster future leaders by providing access to insights and experiences within a global leader in consumer goods and beauty tech.

Who Should Apply?

L’Oréal invites diverse student leaders from all backgrounds who reflect the broad diversity of the U.S., including race, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+, military status, and people with disabilities. The program is open to undergraduate students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, or community college students transferring to a 4-year program.

How to Apply

Submit a short essay on leadership and a 2-3 minute video about what diversity means to you by November 30, 2024.
