Program Duration

The program is open to women scientists from the ten riparian countries of the African Great Lakes region who are actively working on freshwater-related issues, aquatic ecosystems, fisheries, wetlands, tributaries, or associated water systems.

Applicants should be conducting research or studies connected to the African Great Lakes or transferable freshwater systems in the region.
