Programme Overview

The Early Careers Programme at The World Economic Forum is designed to welcome talented individuals who are recent graduates with 1-2 years of professional experience. This programme offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and accelerate your career growth.

Conditions and Benefits

  • Full-time onsite employment contract for 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in the United States (New York or San Francisco).
  • Programme start dates between October 1 and October 31, 2024.
  • Monthly gross compensation of USD $4250.

  • Community and stakeholder management

  • Marketing and communications
  • Data and analytics
  • Technology innovation and digital success
  • Events programming and management

Additionally, you can apply and develop these skills within thematic areas such as Forum Centres, industry and private sector engagement, and organizational enablement.
