NGO Fellowship Program 2024: Empowering NGO Professionals Across Asia

Taiwan AID proudly presents the NGO Fellowship Program 2024, a transformative one-month opportunity for NGO professionals from South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Northeast Asia, including Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia, to immerse themselves in the vibrant Taiwanese NGO sector. Scheduled from September 29th to October 27th, 2024, this program promises an enriching experience designed to foster cross-cultural exchange and collaboration.

About the Fellowship

Building on the success of its inaugural edition in 2023, Taiwan AID is thrilled to announce the second iteration of its Fellowship Program. This initiative offers NGO professionals a unique chance to gain invaluable insights into the Taiwanese NGO landscape through workshops, NGO placements, and roundtable discussions with local counterparts.

  • NGO Placement: Fellows will be matched with host NGOs in Taiwan based on their professional backgrounds, engaging in hands-on experiences ranging from event coordination to project management.
  • Workshop: A comprehensive four-day workshop will kickstart the program, providing participants with a deeper understanding of NGO operations.
  • Roundtable Event: Fellows will partake in a roundtable event, facilitating the exchange of practical experiences and insights between international and Taiwanese NGO professionals.
  • Future Project Collaboration: Participants will collaborate on project drafts, fostering potential future partnerships between their home countries and Taiwanese NGOs.
