The YALI Regional Leadership Center (RLC) West Africa, Accra, is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the prestigious #GoldenCohort50! This milestone cohort will uniquely focus on the theme “Youth in Agri-business,” offering a specialized, sector-specific training program.

Program Overview:

• Theme: Youth in Agri-business
• Format: Hybrid model (2 weeks online, 3 weeks in-person in Accra)
• Target Audience: Young innovators with business and social initiatives in the agri-business value chain, and youth in public organizations involved in agricultural public service delivery.

Eligibility:

• Age: 18 to 35 years old
• Countries: Burkina Faso, Cameroun, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and Togo
• Focus: Vulnerable and marginalized populations

Program Benefits:

• Leadership and soft skills training
• Networking opportunities with peers and industry experts
• Exposure to innovative business models and social initiatives in agri-business
