Leadership Training and Mentoring Program 2024 (For Refugee-Led Organizations in Indonesia and Malaysia)

We are thrilled to announce the enrollment for our Leadership Training and Mentoring Program 2024! This program is designed to empower management teams in Refugee-Led Organizations (RLOs) to unlock their full potential. By participating, teams will gain invaluable knowledge, skills, and confidence to foster collaborative work environments, enhance organizational systems, navigate change effectively, and lead successful teams.

Program Details

• Format: Interactive online courses complemented by bi-weekly group mentoring calls to apply theory into practice.
• Eligibility: Open to teams from RLOs in Indonesia and Malaysia only. Priority will be given to organizations or groups that have been active for at least two years and are led by a diverse team.

Program Focus

The Leadership Training and Mentoring Program aims to provide comprehensive support to management teams in refugee-led organizations in Indonesia and Malaysia. It is particularly focused on empowering organizations that have demonstrated longevity and are led by diverse teams.

Program Timeline

The program will commence in July and conclude in December 2024. Participants can expect:

• Nine leadership courses delivered online for self-paced learning.
• Fortnightly group mentoring sessions conducted online for interactive guidance and support.
