📝 Nominee Eligibility: Organizations meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

• Established, nongovernmental, publicly supported charitable organizations
• Legal existence of at least five years
• Audited financial statements for the past five years
• Expenditures exceeding $750,000 in the latest fiscal year
• Not a previous Hilton Humanitarian Prize Laureate or affiliate
