? Nominee Eligibility: Organizations meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Established, nongovernmental, publicly supported charitable organizations
- Legal existence of at least five years
- Audited financial statements for the past five years
- Expenditures exceeding $750,000 in the latest fiscal year
- Not a previous Hilton Humanitarian Prize Laureate or affiliate
