  2. If already registered, log in using the existing supplier account. Do not create another profile.
  3. Search for the negotiation using reference number UNDP-ETH-00754.
  4. Subscribe to the tender to receive notifications about amendments or updates.
  5. Create a draft response in the system to indicate your intention to submit a proposal. This enables UNDP to send relevant notifications if the tender requirements are amended.
  6. Review all negotiation and solicitation documents carefully before preparing the application.
  7. Submit the complete offer directly through the Quantum Supplier Portal before the deadline.

Organizations that have previously registered but cannot remember their login details should use the forgotten password/username functionality rather than creating a new account.

Questions or requests for clarification should be submitted using the messaging functionality available within the procurement system, in accordance with the solicitation instructions.

Important Information for Applicants

When registering in the supplier portal, applicants should enter the organization’s full legal name exactly as it appears in its legal and bank account documentation.
