- Occupational Rate: 100% (Negotiable)
- Duration: 6 months, with potential extension

Stipend
Graduate Professionals receive a modest monthly stipend as a contribution to living expenses:
- USD 1331 for in‑person placements in Geneva
- USD 665.5 for remote placements
Candidates funded by another institution will have their stipend topped up to match the above amounts.
Important: All costs related to travel, visas, accommodation, health insurance, and living expenses are the responsibility of the Graduate Professional or their sponsoring institution.
Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Programme Lead, the Graduate Professional will support both research and operational components of the ME WMDFZ Project. Duties include:
1. Research Support
- Conducting background research on disarmament, non‑proliferation, regional security, and Middle East affairs
- Synthesizing complex information into concise, high‑quality written briefs
- Supporting the development of analytical outputs and policy materials
2. Programme Implementation
- Assisting in planning and executing project activities such as:
- Meetings
- Workshops
- Conferences
- Field missions
- Coordinating logistics and supporting event documentation
3. Administrative and Operational Support
- Providing administrative assistance to project staff
- Managing communication with project partners and stakeholders
- Supporting internal coordination and project tracking
4. Additional Tasks
- Undertaking other responsibilities as assigned by project staff to ensure smooth programme delivery

Work Experience
- No professional experience required
- Demonstrated interest or experience in non‑proliferation or arms control in the Middle East is an asset
