Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the fellowship, applicants must meet specific academic and language requirements.
Academic Requirements
For PhD Fellowship Applicants:
- Must possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Must demonstrate strong academic performance.
- Must have completed a high-quality dissertation or thesis.
For Postdoctoral Fellowship Applicants:
- Must possess a PhD in a relevant field.
- Must demonstrate a strong research background and publication potential.
English Language Requirements
Applicants whose previous education was not conducted in English may be required to provide evidence of English proficiency through:
- TOEFL score of at least 570 (paper-based) or 230 (computer-based), or
- IELTS overall band score of 7.0 with no section below 6.0
Applicants who studied in English are generally exempt from this requirement.
