Youth Advisory Committee 2026: Opportunity for Young Leaders in Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda

Delivered through a partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, this initiative empowers young people to actively influence program design, ensuring that interventions better reflect the realities, challenges, and aspirations of youth in Africa.
About the Youth Advisory Committee
The Youth Advisory Committee brings together young leaders from Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda to co-create solutions that strengthen youth entrepreneurship and economic inclusion programs.
Members will play a direct role in shaping initiatives that support young people to thrive, innovate, and access meaningful opportunities.
What Committee Members Will Do
Selected youth advisors will:
- Share lived experiences and insights on youth challenges
- Identify barriers to entrepreneurship and employment
- Contribute to program design and decision-making processes
- Co-create inclusive and impactful solutions
- Support the development of youth-centered economic empowerment initiatives
