Key Responsibilities

2. Event Coordination

  • Organize and manage both public and private events
  • Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, invitations, and venue arrangements
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and follow-ups

3. Communications and Outreach

  • Support the development of communication materials
  • Assist in outreach efforts to expand program visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging

4. Administrative and Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance
  • Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
  • Manage documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks
