Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum of three organizations in formal collaboration
Organizational Requirements
- The lead applicant must be an eligible entity such as:

- 501(c)(3) organizations or global equivalents
- Fiscally sponsored projects
- Government entities (state, tribal, or local) may apply as the backbone organization
Preferred Collaboration Model
