1. Brand Officer (Lagos, Nigeria)
Job Purpose
The Brand Officer plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining TEF’s brand identity across all platforms. This role ensures that the Foundation’s messaging, storytelling, and visual communication reflect its mission and reinforce its leadership in African entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Strategy
- Execute TEF’s brand strategy across communication channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Protect and enhance brand reputation
- Ensure alignment with TEF’s identity and values
Marketing, Communications & Storytelling
- Develop brand-led campaigns and content
- Support programme launches and communication initiatives
- Create reports, presentations, and digital assets
- Amplify impact stories across Africa
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design digital and print materials (social media, reports, flyers)
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms
Digital & Media Support
- Manage brand presence across digital platforms
- Monitor media coverage and brand performance
- Support reporting and analytics
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience

2. Research Manager – Africapitalism Institute (Lagos, Nigeria)
Job Purpose
The Research Manager will lead the revival and strategic direction of the Africapitalism Institute, positioning it as a leading research and thought leadership platform across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the Africapitalism Institute
- Develop long-term research agendas
- Build partnerships with universities and institutions
Research Design & Execution
- Conduct high-quality research on entrepreneurship and economic development
- Design quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Data Analysis
- Analyze large datasets using econometric and statistical tools
- Generate insights for policymakers and stakeholders
Thought Leadership
- Produce policy papers, research reports, and publications
- Support global academic and policy engagement
Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree (PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years’ research experience

3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (Lagos, Nigeria)
Job Purpose
The M&E Officer will support the design and implementation of monitoring systems to evaluate TEF’s programmes across Africa, ensuring effective impact measurement and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation Systems
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks across 54 countries
- Conduct impact assessments and data collection
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain centralized data systems
- Conduct quarterly data quality assessments
Learning & Knowledge Sharing
- Capture lessons learned and best practices
- Develop case studies and impact stories
Collaboration
- Work with communications and programme teams
- Support advocacy and campaign strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
