Compensation
Interns are paid hourly based on education level:
$18/hour – Undergraduate students
$19/hour – Bachelor’s degree holders
$20/hour – Master’s degree holders
What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting research and policy projects
Compiling literature reviews, summaries, and reports
Assisting with event planning and execution
Editing publications and drafting communications
Monitoring regional developments in the Western Hemisphere
Supporting outreach and communications activities
What They’re Looking For
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
A strong academic background in international affairs or related fields
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Interest in Latin America and the Caribbean
Fluency in Spanish (required); Portuguese is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eligibility Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (or be currently pursuing one) in a relevant field
Experience in research, writing, or office environments
Authorization to work in the United States
