Youth Skills and Employment Accelerator
The Youth Skills and Employment Accelerator supports nonprofits working with underserved young people in the U.S. By connecting these organizations with businesses and funders, the program aims to enhance skills and improve job prospects. With one in ten young Americans not in school or work, the Global Business Coalition—backed by Dell Technologies and Deloitte—has created a national network to ensure all young Americans have the skills needed for employment by 2030.
To date, the program has invested in 28 nonprofits across 22 states, impacting over 200,000 youth. Applications are now open for up to 20 more organizations to join the 2025 accelerator, which runs from January to December 2025. Participants will receive training, pro-bono corporate support, networking opportunities, and chances to pitch for funding.
Joining this network allows nonprofits to achieve their goals more effectively, especially those serving marginalized youth.
Apply now and help tackle the youth skills crisis!
