Finance Manager – Ghana Jobs and Economic Transformation (JET) Programme
The Ghana Jobs and Economic Transformation (JET) programme, funded by FCDO Ghana, is a £12 million initiative aimed at attracting private FDI into key manufacturing sectors, creating 7,000 jobs, and driving £30 million in investments to support Ghana’s industrialisation.
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the JET programme, including client invoicing, budgeting, compliance, and external audits. Key responsibilities include:
•Financial Management: Implement financial processes, manage reporting, and lead audits.
•Subcontractor & Grantee Management: Oversee procedures, process invoices, and manage budgets.
Qualifications
•Experience in finance management within donor-funded programmes.
•Strong client-facing and communication skills.
•Fluency in English.
Preferred: Experience with FCDO/DFID/FCO funded programmes and a post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
