Programme Overview

The Early Careers Programme is designed to integrate early career talents into our community, providing an immersive experience at the Forum. Participants will contribute fresh perspectives, gain practical experience, and work on impactful projects. This programme is ideal for recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates with 1-2 years of professional experience.

Conditions and Benefits

• Duration: Full-time employment contract for 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in Geneva, Mumbai, or Beijing
• Start Dates: Between October 1 and October 31, 2024
• Compensation: Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4500 (including salary and medical allowance) / INR 91600 (salary) / CNY 12500 (salary)
