Survey: Shape the Future of UN Internships and Careers!

The UN General Assembly has scheduled a debate for March 2025 on UN internships and entry level recruitment and staffing policies with a view to making the UN a more attractive employer for young people today.
To input independent research to this debate, a new think tank, ReformWorks, led by Katja Hemmerich, a former Chief of Career Support in the UN, in collaboration with Geneva-based Talentum Consulting, led by Dr. Manuela Morelli, is collecting data on the career expectations and motivations of young people interested in careers at the UN and other international organizations.
Your views and experience can help shape the UN’s Human Resources policies, if you share your views in the study’s survey of young international talent.
