Scope of Work
Successful fellows will:
- Work under a 12-month contractual engagement at BRAC field offices
- Gain practical exposure to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Learn about Bangladesh’s legal aid systems and case management processes
- Collaborate with BRAC panel lawyers and legal professionals
- Receive supervision and detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) from the SELP programme
- Obtain an official completion certificate from the SELP programme upon successful completion of the fellowship

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a reputed university
Professional Requirements
- Affiliation with a BAR Association as an advocate
- Minimum one year of legal practice in an affiliated BAR is preferred but not mandatory
