Restless Development is inviting qualified consultants and consultancy teams to apply for an important remote consultancy opportunity focused on strengthening the financial management systems and institutional capacity of youth-led organizations in Uganda.

The consultancy forms part of the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective (AU-EU YVL-PoC), a major four-year initiative co-funded by the European Union to support youth participation, governance, and inclusive development across Africa and Europe.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced finance, accounting, compliance, and NGO management professionals with strong expertise in capacity building, financial systems strengthening, and organizational development for grassroots and youth-led organizations.

The consultancy will run for three months and offers a total budget of UGX 16,000,000 / €4,000, inclusive of taxes and professional fees.

About the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective

The AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective (AU-EU YVL-PoC) is a four-year programme designed to build more inclusive societies in Africa and Europe by ensuring that youth voices are integrated into governance and policy-making processes.
