This role focuses on delivering strategic and technical support in private sector development, communication, and knowledge management to advance green employment opportunities for women.

The Technical Advisor will:

  1. Plan and execute entrepreneurship promotion strategies in green sectors
  2. Manage consultancies, including:
    • Terms of Reference development
    • Consultant selection and supervision
    • Quality assurance of deliverables
  3. Monitor program progress and contribute to reporting systems
  4. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and collaboration platforms
  5. Support gender-responsive and inclusive program implementation
