What is the EIC Women Leadership Programme?

Since its pilot launch in 2021, the initiative has supported more than 300 women innovators through business coaching, personal mentoring, leadership training, and networking opportunities.

Time Commitment

Mentors will participate in:

• 5–6 online mentoring sessions
