About the Opportunity

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a central role in advancing these initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in international program management and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support global partnership projects, including tracking systems and data management
- Assist in managing partnership agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
- Coordinate high-level meetings, international visits, and leadership travel logistics
- Plan and execute major events such as International Education Week and the International Awards celebration
- Contribute to fundraising strategies and identify funding opportunities
- Prepare operational and statistical reports
- Provide general administrative and programmatic support
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel and project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
- Interest or experience in international and intercultural work
Work Environment
This is primarily an in-person role based at Emory University. Limited remote work flexibility may be offered at the department’s discretion.
