Climate Launchpad is the world’s largest green business ideas competition, designed to support early-stage climate innovators. The program equips participants with the skills, mentorship, and global exposure needed to launch and grow climate solutions.

Climate Launchpad 2026 Timeline
Here’s a breakdown of the competition journey:
Application Deadline
May 15, 2026
All applications must be submitted via the official Climate Launchpad platform. Successful applicants will proceed to the next phase.
May – June: Online Mini-Course
Selected applicants will participate in an online course to prepare for the Boot Camp. Performance in this stage helps determine who advances.
June 10–12 (Tentative): Boot Camp
A virtual, expert-led training (three half-days) where participants learn how to build and refine their startup pitch decks.
June – August: Follow-Up Sessions
Participants receive ongoing support, mentorship, and Q&A sessions to strengthen their business ideas ahead of the national finals.
August 14 (Tentative): Swiss National Final
Participants pitch their ideas to a jury.
- Top 3 teams + 1 runner-up are selected
- The winner receives travel sponsorship to the Global Grand Final in Singapore
September: European Regional Final
Top teams from national competitions compete regionally.
- The best startups from each region advance to the global stage
October 14: Global Grand Final (Singapore)
The top 8 startups worldwide pitch their ideas in Singapore for global recognition and opportunities.
November: Startup Academy Guidance Program
Winners from the Swiss National Final receive direct entry into an advanced startup support program.
