Job Overview: MYCP Global Coordinator

The MYCP Global Coordinator is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Secretariat and ensuring smooth organizational functioning. This individual will act as the central figure connecting internal teams, external partners, donors, and governance structures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Secretariat Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the MYCP Secretariat

  • Maintain accountability and alignment with MYCP values

3. External Representation

  • Serve as the primary representative of MYCP in engagements with:

4. Fundraising and Organizational Development

5. Governance and Board Coordination
