Roles and Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing
As an Environmental Education Programmes Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful programmes. Your responsibilities will span leadership, programme development, monitoring, and partnerships.
1. Programme Leadership and Management

Lead the design, development, and implementation of all education and environmental programmes

Supervise a multidisciplinary team including programme coordinators and managers

Ensure programmes align with EduSpots’ mission of community-led development
2. Environmental and Sustainability Education Oversight

Integrate sustainability and environmental education into learning programmes

Support initiatives in STEM, literacy, early childhood, and environmental awareness

Ensure inclusive and accessible programme delivery across communities
3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

Track programme performance and outcomes

Develop reporting systems for internal and external stakeholders

Use data to improve programme quality and impact
4. Training and Capacity Building
