Generation Regen Challenge: Presented by BMO | One Young World
Agriculture remains a cornerstone of economic resilience across Canada and the United States. It contributes significantly to GDP, employs millions, and plays a vital role in global food security. As the sector evolves, regenerative agriculture is emerging as a climate-smart solution that restores ecosystems, improves soil and water health, and strengthens long-term farm resilience.
The Generation Regen Challenge, presented by BMO and announced at the One Young World Summit 2025, seeks to accelerate the adoption of regenerative and sustainable agriculture across Canada and the U.S. By funding innovative social enterprises and non-profits, the challenge supports solutions that restore ecosystems, sequester carbon, and rebuild resilient local food systems.
