2. General Management Stream
This stream is designed for graduates who aspire to drive strategy, product development, and performance. Key responsibilities include:

Building project management expertise and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the RBC Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or a related field.

Have less than two years of full-time work experience.

Demonstrate leadership and excellence through academic achievements or extracurricular activities.

Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence decisions.

Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.

Be a team player with a growth mindset and willingness to go above and beyond expectations.

For the Data Analytics stream, prior experience or demonstrated interest in statistical analysis, SQL, or other data methodologies/tools is preferred.
