About our Internship Program:
Whitley Penn interns have the opportunity to learn, innovate and succeed while working collaboratively with all levels of leadership and management. Our internship program is designed to give you the opportunity to work in a public accounting firm and get a true experience of what the day-to-day responsibilities for Associate level professionals are.
The culture is centered on promoting a healthy work environment and we encourage our interns to grow in both their professional and personal development skills. Interns are provided a mentor throughout the entirety of their internship as they begin to build their brand in the workplace. Interns also go through our professional development program, called DEVELOP at WP.
The spring internships generally last 10 weeks while summer and fall are sometimes 12. Flexibility to fit your schedule.

The seasonal marketing intern provides support for the management and administration of general and niche strategic marketing plans, programs and initiatives. The position contributes to the creative content used to support the online strategy for the firm’s web site, social media, e-newsletters, digital advertisements, events and other social content. This position requires a deadline driven; self-starter who can serve professionals at all levels in a client-orientated environment and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position provides assistance for the coordination and preparation for Whitley Penn hosted and sponsored meeting and events.
