Launch Your Career with Santander’s Summer Internship Program

Santander’s Summer Internship Program is designed to help students thrive both personally and professionally. This 10-week, full-time program, running from June to August, provides participants with hands-on experience and exposure to Santander’s dynamic work environment. Open to a variety of business units and functions, the program gives interns the opportunity to work on impactful projects that align with the company’s strategic goals.

In addition to project work, interns benefit from professional development programs, mentorship opportunities, and interactions with senior leadership. The hybrid work model includes in-person days at Santander offices located in Boston, Dallas, East Providence, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City.

Application Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a current student in their penultimate year of study
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (some placements may require a higher GPA)
• Be available to work 40 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks
• Have a clear interest in the field they are applying for
• Have authorization to work in the U.S. (some placements may offer sponsorship)
