Internship Opportunities
AI/ML EPM
Interns will work on machine learning and artificial intelligence projects that enhance user experiences across Apple products. Our integrated approach allows research and engineering teams to collaborate effectively while prioritizing user data protection.
AppleCare
Internships in AppleCare offer diverse roles:
- Contact Center Operations: Optimize the latest technologies and strategies to improve customer support and business efficiency.
- Field Service Channel Manager: Enhance customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs through process improvements.
- Global Repair Center: Manage operations of Apple’s global repair centers to facilitate complex repairs.
- Online/Digital Support & Service: Create compelling digital content solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Procurement: Build relationships with OEM suppliers and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze data to provide insights and strategic recommendations for AppleCare operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the reverse supply chains for AppleCare, focusing on forecasting and inventory management.
Apple Services
Interns will engage with Apple’s wide range of services, including Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Pay. Opportunities span software engineering, data analytics, marketing, and business development, all aimed at enhancing user experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
Manufacturing Design
- Global Supply Manager: Manage relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure cost efficiency and successful project execution.
- Enclosure Components Management: Collaborate with various teams to scale manufacturing processes and enhance product design.
Marketing
As part of our Product Marketing group, you will guide products from concept to market launch, incorporating customer insights to create innovative features and positioning.
Product Operations
- Operations Program Manager: Oversee product readiness and quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Product Quality Manager: Ensure product quality meets Apple’s high standards while addressing technical issues.
Strategic Sourcing
- Global Supply Manager: Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with core component technology suppliers.
- Materials Program Manager: Optimize supply constraints and ensure material flow throughout Apple’s supply chain.
Supply Chain Operations
- Supply Demand Planner: Forecast product demand and analyze production needs to inform global supply chain strategies.
- BPR Project Manager: Lead initiatives to define and implement innovative technology and business processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an MBA or master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Must return to school at the end of the internship to complete educational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are beneficial:
- Strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
