The Paul Hamlyn Foundation’s Youth Fund is designed to support organizations working with young people (ages 14-25) who experience systemic inequities.

The fund aims to:
-Promote Equity and Inclusion: Focus on youth facing challenges due to societal structures, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
-Drive Systemic Change: Support work that tackles the root causes of inequity, creating environments where young people can thrive.
– Empower Marginalized Communities: Prioritize organizations led by those most impacted by racism, ableism, and other forms of discrimination.

Key Details:
– Funding Amount: Up to £150,000 over 3 years.
– Eligible Organizations: Not-for-profits focusing on young people’s transitions into adulthood, with a turnover between £30,000 and £3.5 million.
– Funding Use: Core operating costs, including salaries and delivery expenses. The focus is on scaling existing impactful work, not new projects.

Application and Eligibility:
– Who Can Apply: Charities, community organizations, social enterprises, and not-for-profits that commit to anti-racism and work towards systemic change.
– Deadline: Rolling application cycle, allowing organizations to apply when ready.
