The AFC Fellowship, a collaboration between Common Purpose and Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), is a dynamic leadership development program that promotes dialogue between emerging leaders from the global South and North. Focused on our shared climate challenge and other key global issues, it aims to empower participants to build bridges and drive impactful solutions.
Program Highlights:
•Climate Challenge Leadership Programme: Participants engage in ‘Leading Beyond Authority’ and the Climate Challenge.
•Emerging Leaders Programme: A four-month intensive course for professional growth.
•AFC Impact Forum: Fellows present ideas to global leaders.
Program Structure:
•Online sessions on Zoom with 24/7 access to resources.
•No cost for participants; funded by AFC.
•Proficiency in English required.
Participation Criteria:
•Emerging leaders with over five years of professional experience.
•Commitment to positive change and leadership potential.
•Interest in climate issues and addressing global imbalances.
