What is RCOY?
RCOY stands for Regional Conference of Youth, an initiative by YOUNGO, the official Children and Youth Constituency of the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). RCOYs are held worldwide before the Global Conference of Youth (GCOY) to localize climate conversations and gather grassroots insights. These conferences contribute to national and regional climate policymaking and feed into global climate negotiations.

Application Information
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to young leaders under 35 from the Asia-Pacific region.
Selection Criteria
- Delegates will be chosen based on their commitment, experience, and ideas for climate action.
Funding Support
- Delegates may receive full, partial, or no funding based on the strength and impact potential of their application.
Deadline
