About Collaboration Fellows

Collaboration Fellows are experienced practitioners anywhere in the world who are working in or alongside networks, coalitions, alliances, partnerships, or other collaborative organizations.

The fellowship is a year-long program in two phases:

  1. Co-Creation (September 2026 – February 2027)

During the first phase, Fellows contribute to the knowledge base of our Compass by capturing and sharing their experiences – especially about strategy, resource mobilization, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning – using the templates and tools we provide (e.g., case studies, interviews, guided workflows, etc.).

To be eligible for the second phase, fellows must make at least two contributions during the first Co-Creation phase.

  1. Community Building (March – August 2027)

During the second phase, Fellows gain free access to the Compass, engaging with each other, with our experts, and with other users.

Over the course of the fellowship, fellows will also have opportunities to weigh in on development decisions in meaningful ways, sharing their feedback and ideas on the tool’s design, rollout, and ongoing improvements.

Collaboration Fellows receive multiple benefits:

Collaboration Fellows will also be considered fellows for life, with ongoing opportunities and connection to Collective Mind.

A Fellowship That Continues Beyond 2027

One distinctive feature of the programme is that Collaboration Fellows will be considered fellows for life.

This means participants can remain connected to Collective Mind and potentially benefit from future opportunities, relationships and activities beyond the formal year-long fellowship.

The programme therefore offers more than temporary access to a digital platform. It provides an opportunity to become part of a long-term global community of collaboration practitioners.
